Does service charge include the cost of spare parts?

Although the service charge does not include the cost of spare parts, our technicians can provide the spare parts to you at market rates. The customer will separately bear the cost of spare parts.

Do you provide any warranty on the services?

All Tapp Me services come with a 15-day warranty. After completing the service, our service provider will provide a warranty card where you can find all the details about the warranty program.

Do I get the hardcopy of the Invoice from the company?

A soft copy of invoice for every service will be sent to your email address once the job is completed. In the future, if you require the invoice anytime again, you can contact our customer support team on 969-1-969-969 and they will resend the invoice.

What are the modes of payment for your services?

You can pay for our services via Cash, e-wallet(Paytm) and Online (Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking).

What is the Tapp Me Home Maintenance Package?

What all services can I avail from Tapp Me?

We provide on-demand Electrician, Plumber and Carpenter. Along with this, you can book Technicians for AC servicing and repairs, washing machine repair, geyser repair service, refrigerator repair and servicing and kitchen appliance repairs (Mixer-Grinder, Microwave Oven, Water Purifier, Chimney, Blender, Toaster, Roti Maker etc.)

We provide Technicians for both homes and offices.

Do you provide Technicians for offices?

We have a special team for corporate, bulk jobs and AMCs.

What are the minimum charges for any service?

We do not have any minimum charges. All service charges are based on inspection.

If the booking is in my name, do I need to be at Home when the Technician comes?

No, it is not necessary for the person who has booked the service to be at home at the specified time.

How much would I earn if I refer a friend?

If you refer a friend, you will earn Rs.100 on your next booking and your friend will earn Rs.200 on next 2 bookings.

What should I do if I need a Technician urgently?

Our customer support team will assist you immediately in case of any urgent requirements. Your convenience is our priority.
